Camping and Fishing at Poplar Point Campground Jordan Lake, NC – Catch, Clean and Cook Fried Catfish

We travel to Poplar Point Campground and tent camp on Jordan Lake North Carolina for a four day / three night camping trip in the middle of July 2022. We catch, clean and cook fried catfish on our trip and try to stay cool in the lake and on the boat.
